Guess it typically would have been a 'first appearance' but since she already had a first appearance for the same damn issue with the same judge a few days prior the judge just sentenced her. Judge gave her an additional 30 days on top of the 10 day sentence she already had. 40 days total, per him no time off for good behavior can happen, as she has already proven she does not have good behavior.
