THIS is an example...
of how f@#ked up the BM is:
She called the house this morning to ask where her daughter was. It's TWO MINUTES past exchange time!! Why is this soooo messed up?? Probably because EVERY SINGLE TIME she is late for HER drop-off...and not just a few minutes late, at least 15 mins. late...usually more like a half an hour!
This is just ONE example of MANY. Get a life woman!!!!
Vent over.

Ex does the same!! It is
Ex does the same!! It is infuriating. I have never been more than 10 minutes late, and that was when driving to his 40 miles from work! I get texts BEFORE exchange time asking where I am!! Yet, he has only been on time 3 times in 2 1/2 years! He is usually at least 30-60 minutes late, once 7 hours late! One time he called to ask to get son 30 minutes early as "in the area", I agreed, then he was still 30 minutes late for the original time!!
I know exactly where you are
I know exactly where you are coming from.
When my SD23 was young, my husband did all drop offs and pick ups. He literally waited at the corner by BM's (because he was always early) so that he would be at her house at the exact time. Otherwise, she threw a fit.
All it did was make BM look like the bitch she was, because SD knew why my husband did it.
Just one of the reasons my husband cut off all contact with BM when CS ended.
Ohhhh ha ha ha ha. Ours kept
Ohhhh ha ha ha ha. Ours kept changing the exchange time. So she would show up a half a hour late and then say, "No IM following the CO." Gahhh.
So annoying! We used to have
So annoying! We used to have an exchange spot and time was an issue. DH was able to ammend the CO so that receiving parent has to pick up. It works much better this way. We pickup at each other's houses during summer and breaks. During the school year we pretty much never have to see BM as exchange is at school!!!
Our BM was late so many times
Our BM was late so many times that the third-party exchange place we used finally told her that if she was late again, they would start charging a fine to her.
The record once was 45 minutes late! This was one of the few times that my DH wasn't able to come for the exchange and it was a holiday. BM KNEW that we had to drive 45 minutes (one way) to get them and then another long drive to get back home. What really pissed me off is I KNOW she did it on purpose but have no proof of it.
