Thanks so much for those who prayed or sent well wishes...I am so freaking excited we were able to find the house we wanted and cheap!
Of course, there were others in the same development we loved that are more, but until this CS nightmare is over we don't want to take the risk of getting a house and living paycheck to paycheck...so we got the tinniest house in the development and because it is all new, they will continue to expand it...eventually merging with the development next to it by the same builder (that one has a private school, golf course, stores, everything...) and by the time they build the bigger places and finish up, it will be at least another 3-5yrs, so hopefully CS is over and we can consider moving up...but for now, I am thrilled with my tiny house...much better than the sh#$%#$hole I'm in...EXCEPT they start building next month and we can't move in until about November or so...sigh...but oh well, it'll give us time to save money...
