So DH and I ran around trying to get court records, etc. for crazy 17yr old kid...finally ended up at the school...The school secretary called the truancy officer to see if she would speak to DH...the school secretary smiled and said "yes, HER dad is here"...and told DH, "the officer is EAGER to talk to you". So on our way we went to meet the truancy officer. She was SUPER nice. She was talking 100 words per second! lol She was ticked off! Was VERY nice to DH and told him that she had NOT talked to "BM" because all others that had talked to her stated she was very "stubborn"...of course, DUH...nothing new. She stated that idiot BM and idiot KID, although the school has offered 2 alternative schools with FREE daycare INSIDE the school, one which she can even take her kid to her class if her kid is sick, etc...BM and IDIOT KID have stated that they do NOT want their baby in daycare! WTF? I mean, geez, the rest of society has to work and not get free daycare AT WORK/SCHOOL and just has to do what needs to be done and these two morons won't do it? The truancy officer just kept saying that this woman was an idiot because it was obvious she didn't care what happened to her kid...that the response they have received from the mother is "where I am from the kids don't have to go to school"...really? WF planet did she come from? We are in the same country and that is not true. Yes, truancy officers are basically non-existent and thus, 50% of morons are truant and live off welfare for ever! And THAT is what she wants for her kid??? Pathetic. Anyway, the lady told DH that she was already starting the process and at the end of the month BM AND IDIOT KID would end up in jail for truancy. PERIOD. That she was SICK AND TIRED of trying to work with this pathetic parent. DH told her about how many times he has been kicked out of the school records/website and she was TICKED...she immediately made calls and made them put a LOCK so that NOBODY could ever take access away. DH also stated that the address they had on file was NOT his, that he had no idea whose it was...that he had given his address but they kept taking it out. She was PISSED. She wrote down the address and said she was going to find out whose address it was. She gave him copies of EVERYTHING...He asked her what he could do...and told her that unfortunately he could file for custody etc but that odds were he would not get it because the judges allow these morons to live with whoever they want, etc...and she didn't even blink and said "I KNOW there is NOTHING you can do...but believe me that they are BOTH going to jail and the ONLY way to get out will be that the kid will go STRAIGHT to this other school when she leaves jail". She told him she was sorry that her intent was not to jail his child but the pathetic mother (her words!!!), but that sometimes that is what needs to happen for them to wake up. She also told him that the day after the court hearing she would be contacting him and sending him ALL THE PAPERS from the court hearing, etc...

So, there you go...although we are still involved in this mess, it was nice to talk to someone who understood what a pathetic mother she was and that treated DH with respect vs. the morons in FAMILY COURT who only care about the CS money. DH was relieved and thanked me for helping him figure this mess out.

So, we'll see what happens at the end of the month...what a pathetic mother. What a freaking loser. I tell you, if you think I hate BM, this lady hates her 1000xs more than I do...she didn't even question what MY role was...she was so thankful that someone with 1/2 a brain was there to listen to her complain about this pathetic mother... lol
