Did anyone else get a call from the El Paso Police Department?? I did early this morning. Haven't called them back yet.

Two of us, so far. I was called by Det. Kinder who does advocacy. I gave them Jay's number and she'll call him directly. Laughterandtears was also called, same thing. They've gotten several reports. Woo hoo!

Detective Kinder just called and spoke with Jay. Said she has gotten so many emails that she had to find out what was going on. Jay told them that their department had already refused to help us. She apologized and said she was going to contact the Lea Country Police department and find out why they have not proceeded with this. She is going to get our safehouse interview set up here in El Paso.

THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! This is the most progress we have yet to make. And for everyone who may get contacted.... Jay's number is 915-202-3771. Mine is 915-202-3423. Give his out to officials because we all know that as stepmom I have ZERO rights!!!!

Just got a call back from Detective Kinder... She spoke with Detective Gaston in Lea County. He informed her that the investigation there was still ongoing, although they have not contacted us in three weeks. She offered her services here in El Paso as far as investigating and safehouse arrangements. Seargent Gaston refused her assistance. So, that was a dead end. Jay is on the phone right now trying to get Seargent Gaston, but as usual he won't take his call. He is literally refusing to speak to him

Jay is calling. Post it here. We can call Seargent Gaston ourselves, let him know you massive back up. And his cheif of police. How about the mayor? Anne, can you get that info for us?

I emailed the Chief of police in El Paso the following, I then added the link for the petition as well as Ann's boiler letter! SEND HIM MORE!!!!

Mr. Chief of Police - have you been made aware that there is a SERIOUS child abuse situation going on, and that your Sergeant Gaston is REFUSING to take calls from this child's family!! This is a complete outrage. Please note that there are literally HUNDREDS of signatures to free this child from her abuser, we have contacted the Governor, The Dr. Phil Show, Oprah, The Tyra Banks Show, Nancy Grace, Rita Cosby AND ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN! WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS CHILD IS JUSTLY SERVED AND KEPT AWAY FROM THE MOSTER WHO IS MOLESTING HER! IF you do not want SHAME brought to your POLICE FORCE AND DEPARTMENT I ENCOURAGE YOU TO ACT IMMEDIATELY AND INTERVENE BEFORE THIS CHILD IS HURT ONE MORE TIME!!!!

Seargent Gaston is PISSED off, I am assuming. He will not speak to us and had another detective call. My hubby just left and I did not get the name, but when he returns I will most certainly let you know.

Guess what this new detective did???? Threatening my husband, told him that just because they did not get in touch with us did not mean they were not working the case, told him that they did not appreciate us setting up a website that claims there is no justice.... Jay corrected them and said, Oh, we did not set it up, our gaurdian angel did. The detective then said whatever... then tell your "friends that they do not need to be saying these things because it is not appreciated. Like we owe them ANY appreciation!!!!! Then Jay asked why they are refusing to allow El Paso to assist them in this since it is where we live. He claimed that Detective Kinder never offered her services. Jay was on hold for her as he was leaving.... Can you say corruption???

The Chief of Police (or maybe Sheriff) we need to talk to is in NM, not Texas. This occurred in NM. We need to contact either the Lea Co., NM Sheriff's Dept. or the Chief of Police for the town in which the abuse occurred. We need Amy to let us know which dept. Det. Gaston works for, then flood them.

Detective Gaston works for the Investigative department of the Lea County Sheriff's department. # 505-441-8905 / main number is 505-396-3611.

Just received a call from the seargent from the State of NM Police department. Do not recall this name. He was the one who took the report yesterday from Jay to have criminal charges brought against Judge McBee. He told us after much investigating, that he found out that by law the judge CANNOT be held liable for the decisions that he rules on. What a load of bullshit! This particular seargent has been really great, but has no legal grounds. He also found out that Mike Stone, the Guardian Ad Litem that make this crap ass recommendation for visitation is STILL Madison's attorney. We cannot get rid of him.

Oh crap.... I just thought about that!!! We do not have him on our list!!!!! His name is Mike Stone and is based out of Seminole, Texas. I will have to look up his phone number. Jay has everthing stored in his cell phone and he is not home.... Shit!!! Ok, Ok, calm down Amy....

So, we now know that Judge William McBee is above the law... why does that not surprise me

NM's Supreme Court website does not provide email addresses for the Justices, however I contacted their clerk's office and the woman I delt with kindly gave me her email address and said she would forward our information about the pitiful "Judge" McBee on to the Justices for review!!! I have sent her Ann's boiler letter, the link for Madisons website, and the link to her petetion!!! This could hopefully push our movement a long way! Keep your fingers crossed ladies!

I think you're barking up the wrong tree by going for the judge. It's just not the way the justice system works. You can't sue a judge for making a decision that you don't agree with. If you think about it, it would crumble our entire justice system and we'd revert to some version of wild west justice.

The supreme court won't help you either - they don't supervise the lower courts, and in fact, more often than not, they defer to the lower courts decisions about findings of fact. They only take cases brought up to them on appeal through the appeals process and even then, they *very* rarely review the facts - only the procedure. At best, they may pass your information along to another department.

There are independent organizations that investigate judicial ethics, but the complaints are usually along the lines of fraud, bribery, etc. A judge who makes a decision you don't agree with rarely counts for an ethics investigation.

Since there seems to be 2 different states involved with some question of who has jurisdiction, you may want to get a national agency involved who should have access to attorney's who are more familiar with custody issues across state lines. When things cross state lines, it's easier for the federal government to get involved so you may want to try contacting them at:

I signed the petition, sent e-mails to everyone in my address book to get more help and signatures, and posted for the petition on my yahoo360 and myspace accts. I am saying prayers of protection and assistance for Madison and her family and prayers of blessing and thanks for Anne and all of the amazing movements she is causing.
