Week 1: Challenges and Success
So today I completed week 1 of losing weight. It was tough but I stuck to it and succeeded. For past history read my previous post.
I did 7 days with shakes and water. I have had no food, caffeine or alcohol. I just got back from the Dr.s and I lost 11.5 pounds I had my challenges of course. Cooked meals for DH, survived my son's birthday and passed on a lot of sweets.
I'm going camping for a couple of weeks and coming home for the weekend. Just me and the dog. Maybe a visit from DH, who knows. I know if I were a skid, he'd drive all over the state for them.
Looking forward to walks, fresh air and just chill. Spending more time focusing on me

Yes and I'm being monitored weekly by the Dr. and taking a nutrition class weekly.
