I just realized something weird
It has been about a year and a half since we were notified that the child support case had been turned over to the court for review. Dh still hasn't been subpoenaed. So I wonder what the hold up is? SD has reached the age of majority now, but for years BM has been calling and swearing at us and demanding we send more money. We haven't had CS adjusted in ten years, but the CSS has been good. If we overpay we get the money back in a month, if the payment is late we get a notice within three days. I wonder if the courts are having trouble locating her. I wonder if there is a warrant out for her. I wonder if its her that won't go to court because of the Medicaid fraud. I wonder, if this is just waiting to hit us upside the head any day now . . .

COW (BM) emailed DH to tell
COW (BM) emailed DH to tell him that she doesn't like the insurance he provides since it has co-pays so she will just use Medicaid instead. So when DSS sent DH a letter demanding proof of insurance and accusing him of being non-compliant in providing insurance, I sent them back proof of insurance and a copy of the email. She moved out of state and makes it difficult to find her. We have had repo people and collection agencies call us looking for her. My husband makes 7 times the money he did ten years ago, so I am speculating that something must be holding her back from going to court.
