Goose egg!
Today was the court date.
The judge was not impressed with her filing a contempt motion for this type of incident. Contempt is serious business. Sending a 17 year old to visit BM’s brother to do charity work on Thanksgiving, more of an issue of poor parental communication.
Motion dismissed.
What did she get?
Three extra days of her choice with the 17 year old, with 30 day notice to DH, to be claimed before he graduates from high school in June.
No court costs, no other orders.
Just a big red flag in her file that if she tries to waste the court’s time seeking a punishment that doesn’t fit the “crime” shit will not come out well for her.
Success!

It is about time.
