SO has his appointment at 3:30 for the attorney regarding both baby mama's and each of them coming up with excuse after excuse for why they can't get the skids to us when they are suppose to. One of them will just not answer her phone and the other complains of not having gas money to do half the driving. Should have thought of that before you took off 6 hours away to find a "new life" which is already falling apart and now she is moving someplace else to find a "new life"
I called him today to remind him that he has to do this. If he wants to see his kids if he wants the CS to be laid out there so there is no more texting non stop for more money (AFTER the CS has already been deposited) and being told that if your response is, " I don't have it" that's not an option, I was so looking forward to a judge explaining to this woman that CS is for things for the children through out the month. Food, shelter, clothing etc. NOT for her to pay for school books or go on trips with the girls.
Well after I called him today I get the feeling this appointment is going to be for nothing. He is so AFRAID of her and what she is going to tell his children. For example, "we can't do that because your dad won't give us money." which she has already pulled that card a few times. One day SS13 called because he wanted to go to the store to get a pop and a treat (they are 6hrs away fyi) and he asked his dad to put that money in his mom's account because she said to call and ask him for the money for the treats. Are you kidding me right now? Ok so my point. He is scared to do this. This appointment is a waste of money. And I'll be damned if I am going to send that bitch ANY of my money. I barely make enough to put food on the table. And I can't remember the last time I didn't buy clothes from a second hand store.
I just don't understand what he is thinking. What the hell can she do? She already bad mouths him. And she already refuses to bring the kids part way on the days the papers say because of course she can't afford it. I think his kids are old enough to realize that if there was extra money he would do anything he could to make sure they have everything they need. In fact when they come here they can see that what we have is what we have. It is slim pickings.
I just wish he would NUT UP and get this shit done and over with.
On another note I find it HILARIOUS that baby mama of SS3 NEVER answers her phone when we call to get SS3.. BUT as soon as the CS check isn't in her account she is on the phone. Bitch only answers SOMETIMES and only on thursdays. Most of the time they don't even return our call so we can set up arrangements. And yes there is a court order to have him EVERY other weekend.
I am so stressed out over all his drama. My drama with my ex has calmed down and we keep things pretty simple. So life was starting to look up. Now I have all his drama and all this stress. I'm down ten pounds. And am cranky 24-7. The anger is overwelming.
As a mother I would go through hell and back to see my kids. WHY are fathers so lazy regarding this. Why are they so scrared of the ex wives? What the hell is the issue.
