Getting Flashbacks Again! Indecision at MEALTIMES!
A poster wrote in how her skid had a fit over dinner (that he chose). This SOOO reminded me of the skids who would act as though they liked a particular food/drink item in front of daddykins to make GG think they were "good eaters" then reject it two seconds into the meal.
Prince Hygiene (SS9 at the time stb 7) "Oh YESSS I looooovvvvve corn!!"
And would talk on end about how they had corn on the cob eating contests at the Behemoth's. Which of course triggered my imagination of the supersized Behemoth clan sitting around the table like the oinkers they are and gobbling up cob after cob of corn; not unlike a scene from a pig stye at feeding time.
We would present to His Royal Highness Prince Hygiene his corn and he would reject it instantaneously.
GG: (semi syrupy whining tone) "But I thought you said you LOVED corn. . ."
PH: (batting his long white eyelashes) "That was at mom's"
Now I do remember my bios changing their tastes over a few months time but not like the way GG's "angels" changed their mind every two seconds.
I'll never forget how GG offered a choice of breakfast items that would make DENNY'S blush and cower. And VD (SD13 at the time 9) just put this disgusting look on her face plus the "icy silence" treament the whole time b/c she wasn't interested in eating at my house, but wanted to "grap a donut" as per usual at the local DD or Timmy's. The face on that kid looked like she was just told that she was never going to have Christmas again and had just been asked to eat a pile of duck turds.
So I of course, chimed in and said "Cheerios it is!!" all chipper and such; WOW the HATE stare and look of utter disgust I got from VD!!! :evil:

My SD15 pretends to like
My SD15 pretends to like things in front of dadddyyyy. Its so annoying!! DH likes to dring Tang. I think its gross and so do the kids. When SD has friends over she points it out to her friends and says it gross, dont drink it. Then when DH comes home and pours himself a glass she is like oh I love it too daddy, see we are exactly alike. Gag!
DH is allergic to chicken. SD loves chicken. She is now claiming she must be allergic to it now also because "no offense but your chicken gives me a stomach ache" Uggghh!! See daddy we are both allergic to chicken. Then we go to McDonalds and shes eating a ten pc chicken mcnugget with no problem.
DH used to cook SD pork chops all the time and she supposedly loved them. Now I make them (better than he ever did) and she says to me she never liked them, refuses to eat, then DH comes home and she lies and says she ate them and loved them.
When she really pisses me off I make pork chops for dinner }:)
Luckily for me BM does not cook so I don't have to hear about any of that. Its all pretending in front of daddy.

OH yeah and the pretending to like everything that daddykins likes, sports teams, taste preferences, etc. For example, GG doesn't like mint and so all of his kids say "MINT. . . YUCK!!"
