I highly recommend it. For me, I do spinning. I've felt so much better since I've been exercising in general, whether it be spinning or running on the treadmill. I've felt my stress and resentment levels decrease significantly since beginning exercising a few years ago.

I agree I have started doing 10 minute workouts every day, yoga or pilates (and a couple days when I was really pissed the kickboxing lol) . If you have Comcast, OnDemand has a variety of workout videos you can do for free. It really does help, almost immediately.

Agreed. I've been working out for 4 months. My anxiety is much better and I've gained weight back that I lost due to stress. I use the elliptical.
