Proof of college graduation

My dh's daughter, estranged, graduates college in May and we know she plans on grad school. Dh's attorney sent a consent order for his ex to sign to start emancipation process. He heard nothing from her. No surprise. I understand he must now file a formal court motion but how does my dh obtain proof of her college graduation? This is Nj......hell of a system. Anyone been through it?

We'll I am hoping dh does not get a cross motion demanding payment of grad school! Lol.....but I think in order to get the proof, we know when graduation is, show up and pics of the princess getting her diploma.

Oh just another girl.....don't I know it! I could tell you stories.......SD falsifying semester after semester, coming down driveway with court order to take away one of dh's cars, and the icing on the cake.....a multiple page court motion, served on our wedding day. What a miserable system that produces nothing but self entitled babies who are incapable of nothing other than Shake down their parents.

Well mercifully we did not check the mail until after the ceremony, but it really was a downer to start the honeymoon having to pay a 10 k retainer for a lawyer. The bitch of an ex says we were supposed to get the court motion the week before our wedding, what a piece of work, right?
