A couple weeks ago her youngest told her that he and my son got into an argument and my son punched hers in the balls. True, it happened, four months ago. Punishments were handed out and the situation was resolved. She took it to the cops and told them my son was touching her son inappropriately. All four boys, two mine, two hers were questioned by police. Child welfare came to our home to investigate. Everything was cleared and closed. She continues to make this an issue. She says my son terrorized hers. She called him a psycho and told me he needs help. We were at her son's soccer game this past Saturday and my son was there. As she was walking behind us, she called him a pervert! He heard it! I called the local police, they came and told me they couldn't do anything unless she physically threatens my child or me or stalks us. Otherwise, its not considered harassment. He said to let her know I spoke to him and he has all her info. So I sent her a text letting her know and she replies that she didn't care and she said "F you and your pedophile". Nice huh?! Now, every part of me wanted to walk over to her BUT we are at a soccer game and I refuse to let her make me look crazy and I refuse to get a charge for this girl. I am just at a loss as to what she can get away with. She can text me and call me names and my son names via phone and in person and NOTHING! Yet, her ex, my bf, calls her names and she says shes pressing harassment charges and bc he is already on probation, he will get violated and go back to jail. The sad part is, I can see this happening. It boggles my mind! I can't protect my son from her with the law and the only other option is to get into a physical altercation with her and even then, I get an assault charge. ugh.
