WTF? So, Bm is a wack-a-DON'T!!! She doesn't care about ss. Her parents have an iron fist and won't let her walk away though. DH is not willing to put gp's in the visitation agreement so now they are petitioning for visitation?!? DH has never kept ss from gp's, hell bm lives with them!!! A few weeks back bm decided to forgo her visitation with ss. Her mother had mentioned perhaps coming into town for ss soccer game. Well DH tried 3 different times to find out if this was a for sure thing. No reply! Then on friday while on the highway grandmother decides to call and request ss ALL weekend! Stating that it was her daughter's visitation therefore she had the right. My husband had already made plans to go out of town for a wedding. He took ss shopping for something to wear and plans were rearranged for us accounting for the fact that bm was not having her visitiation! Now all of the sudden gp's feel as though they can just take her time? And not even say anything? SO yesterday we got served with a petition for visitation from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, a subpoena for me to testify on their behalf?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?

Did I mention that gf is a convicted felon that cause him to be disbarred and gm has a cocaine and marijuana charge that caused her to lose her teaching license?! And they want to start throwing stones?! Our lawyer will eat them alive! They will be lucky if ss even gets to go to their house anymore... should have just been adults and raised their first kid before they felt the need to think they were responsible enough to raise ss!

Also, I got to tell bm off the other day! SS had a soccer tournament 2 wks ago in the 90 degree weather. He played 3 games and ended at 1:30 p.m. DH asked bm if she would be staying in our town since she lives 3 hours away (technically 5 due to traffic EVERY TIME). She said she would let us know. I went to soccer tournament and afterward asked bm if she would be leaving to head North, gm said "we have it all under control" (The nerve of this old bitter woman!) So bm said she would email dh to let him know if ss would be traveling. (which she is supposed to do!) She shows up over an hour late to drop him off after calling and stating that she would be 15 minutes late! When she arrived in yet another one of mommy and daddy's cars I politely asked ss to go inside and asked her why she didn't inform us of her leaving like she said to me and I relayed to DH. She repeated time and time again that she had text dh and then stated that I should speak to my husband! I asked her politely to get the F*** off of my property and then told her her I would see her in court. She talked teash all the way to the car and I met her at the driver's windo and let her know in a not so nice manner that she had beeter say thank you to me every time she sees me for raising her child! She stated "you don't dh does" my reply "you would think that it only takes one being as how you don't do anything." She states that ss is more than welcomed to come stay with her. I ask how she expects to take care f him considering "you don't pay cs, you don't work, this isn't even your car, and when you do find the time to pick up ss you are late both ways...go back home to mom and dad!" She said that I was the one to asked her to get off of my property and I simply replied that I suggested that it would be in her best interest, and that she still hadn't taken my advice. She peeled out. SCREW HER! SS was not outside but he knew I was upset with bm. I told him that I was and left it at that. In 4 years I have never spoke a curse word to this woman (I use this term lightly) and boy it felt good!!!!!!!!!!!
