So, my DH used to be together back years before he and BM ever met. Then by some sort of fate thing after he split from her we ran into each other again and here we are, married for 8 years now. Anyhow, funny story.....the guy BM was with right after DH for 4 years is getting married today, Guess what......to a girl he was with before he met BM. Therefore, BM has 2 guys in her life that went back to old girlfriends and married them, WITHOUT ever marrying her or even asking her to marry them!!!

Hoping she feels like shit today! Probably not, most of these BMs are so oblivious to normal emotions...

I love that!
I'm somewhat similar, dh and I have known each other for over 20 years. I was with a friend of his and as he (and particularly his mom) have told me, he wanted to be with me then. He used to fight with my boyfriend at the time over how I was being treated (awww) and when broke up, he didn't know whether to pursue me or honour the bro-code. And then he had someone, and I had someone. We drafted apart for a few years and then reconnected about 8 months into the divorce from bm.
I always smile when I think about how she'd be pissed if she knew that she's made dh happier than ever by reconnecting him with the love of his life, literally Smile
