Ugh! From morning till evening, no matter WHAT my skids are doing. All they know is scream and hollar; 24-7 365! Not just normal kid play. You can tell them 100x to quiet down and they never do! I usually make them go lay in their beds for 10-15 mins. For quiet time. But as soon as I let them go play, its back to yelling and screaming! So annoying!!! Any tips? Before I loose my marbles?

Replace their chapstick/lipgloss with superglue?

I'm pretty sure that would cause even more screaming. But I do love using the squirt bottle for other things.

Seriously, your best bet is to put them on a time out each and every time they scream. You have to be consistant with it, though. Eventually, they can be taught to play without all of the shrieking.

Ha squirt bottle? Hum? Good idea. I guess if BM can put hot sause in their mouth when they back talk... I can use a squirt bottle when they yell?

Throw them out side. Water from a hose. PB&J for lunch. Let them ride bikes, play in the sprinkler, ect. my mom would toss me out side all day, I turned out ok.

I vote for the wine and lots of it!! (for you, not the skids, although....)

Hypnosis? "You are getting very sleepy", "you want to clean your room", "you want to give me a foot massage". The possibilities are endless.

Ear plugs, alcohol and duct tape, seriously though, they should'nt be this noisy in the house, my Sd6 is noisy, I tell her to quieten down, I suffer from Migraines and I cannot tell you how many she gives me.

Ha tried the corner quiet game many times, don't work. They go outside most of the day when its nice. They have a swingset, play house, sand pit and swimming pool out back. BUT the moment you put them outside they gotta pee, once they all go pee... someones gotta poop. Then its we are hungery or I'm thirsty. Run in and out of the house. More screaming and hollaring again. Then one will wack the other with a stick, or throws dirt in someones face. It never ends. Wine would be nice but isn't always available lol

One of my skids he is 11.... when he wants attention he whines REALLY loud like a 1 year old. And that is usually 24-7. I cringe and my body does some crazy want to vomit action that I can't control. Because seriously you are going to let him behave that way? Oh it fires me up just typing it.
