Feds came for OSD and other skid updates

Haven't heard a peep from MSD, the one that got physical with me at my house. I don't even think that DH has talked to her.
SS seems to be doing good... he actually came over and helped DH move our shed (We are building a garage where the shed was).
SS says that YSD16 is failing her classes because she is obsessed with her BF and that is all she cares about.
And the BIG ONE!
OSD 22, married with 2 young kids ages 1 and 2 was picked up last Monday at BM's house by 5 FEDERAL marshals.
SS told us it was because she was working at a convenient store and she didn't get paid and took money from the register twice. I am sure there is more to the story. Especially if the Feds are going to come from 2 states over to pick her up.
Makes sense as to why OSD and her DH left their state in such a hurry about a month ago and moved in with BM.
I guess her DH is on drugs and has been running around since they got back to our state and not really taking care of the kids.
BM is mostly taking care of the kids.
She called DH on Saturday asking for bail money. She said it was $550. SS said it was $500. I cant imagine bail being that low and federal marshals crossing state lines to come and get her.
BM told DH that OSD was in jail because of a bad check that OSD cashed for her DH, that they didn't know was a bad check. Sounds like she was trying to make OSD look innocent. I believe what SS said is the reason why she is in jail.
DH (thankfully) wont be giving any money towards bail.
Not sure why her DH and BM cant come up with the bail money.
Oh and I guess BM's DH doesn't work and just lays around the house all day. That explains why they are all so poor and never have money. And why BM has been extra bitchy to DH about money.
I feel sorry for the babies. I'm almost positive that her boy turned 2 last week, while she was in jail.
I figured something was up. Just spidey sense I guess.
Of course my dumb ass DH had been thinking they were doing so well and her husband was this awesome guy. Ummm yeah...NO.
And DH isn't really talking about it. He was acting annoyed when I was asking SS about it. Like he didn't want to hear about it. Well sorry buddy. That is your kid.
I'm being "supportive" when I really want to say HA HA Told you soooooooo!!!!!!! Everything I say about your kids comes TRUE!
Its just sad that there are 2 little babies stuck with these sucky parents.

I'm wondering if her or her DH were stealing checks or writing their own bad checks and cashing it where she worked.
And I thought something was up. Because she announced she had the job. Then POOF. Like 2 weeks later she had a different job.

Trust me, zero, if the Marshals came and picked her up, she is involved with interstate issues - likely drugs. Marshals only come when the charges are federal, when they're searching for an escapee, or when the local agency requests their assistance.
All the "stories" you have gotten are state charges, and Marshals wouldn't come for her in that case. Taking money out of a cash register is not going to bring the Marshals.

I'm 99% sure that I understood SS to say Federal Marshals. He said 5 Federal Marshals came in blacked out cars.
BM of course is going to downplay it to DH because she is a big liar anyways. I'll probably never know the full full story because I'm getting all of my info second and third hand.
But yeah I figured it was something big when I realized they came from State A to State B to get her.
OSD is just as crooked and a scammer like her mom.

Sadly we dont even really know the grandkids, so its not like we even feel comfortable offering to help out with the kids until she gets out of jail. Nor would we really be able to. I dont want to deal with BM at all and I dont want OSD's DH around at all.

How can I find out more information? The County it probably happened in is in a Southern state, I dont think they have the sophisticated court records system. Just not sure if the info isnt available yet or what? I'm so nosey I want to know what happened!

Well at first I was wondering if they were lying about her being jail, trying to get money from DH. They are like that. But OSD hasnt been active on FB and SS talked about it and I know he wouldnt lie.
Oh I cant wait to hear the REAL story. I'll have to find out on my own. DH will never tell me what he knows I am sure.
The only reason I know the story BM told him is because he told our friends while we were camping and one of them told me. I wasnt around when he talked to BM. I didnt mention it to him. When we came home from camping, I asked if he had learned anything new about OSD and he got that "shutting down" look and just shrugged his shoulders and wouldnt look at me and was like uhhh noooo... and I repeated the question a few times until he finally starting talking about it. And that was just a little bit.
Thankfully SS came over, so I could ask him some questions about it. And its possible he even knows more but just didnt want to tell or didnt think to tell me.

Yeah that's where my red flags are going up.. on the bail amount. My step brother got a DWI geesh... probably 15-20 years ago now and his bail was $1500.00. First offense.

At first I thought maybe DH misheard BM. But then SS said almost the exact same amount. It just doesnt make sense for the crime. Unless its a small bond for her to get out of the jail she is in now and until she gets transferred back to the state where it happened?

I'm wondering if SS is wrong when he says it was the Feds. BUT I can not think of any other agency that would cross state lines to pick her up. Local, county, whatever, is not going to come and get her. It has to be serious. So it has to be the Feds.

amen. five agents? she's fucked something up pretty badly. i had feds contact me regarding someone who was wanted on an outstanding murder charge. ONE agent on the case. not FIVE. something is not adding up, and she has sorely screwed up to merit that kind of attention.
