OMG... She strikes again... What do we do??????
So last night bm informed sd she has purchased her ticket for summer. She bought it for the day school gets out (and my due date). Bm knowes this is my due date, and ad has said she wants to spend some time here with her new little sister... The co also says we have until the 2nd Friday after school gets out.
Bm has not discussed any of this with dh....in fact she still has not told him of the purchased ticket... We found out from ad last night.
What is the best course of action for us to take? It's not fair to us or sd, and directly goes against the co.

Simply tell her that the court order states that you have SD until the second Friday and BM needs to change the plane tickets to follow accordingly. Let her know that she will not be getting SD early and that the CO will be followed.

That's an easy one. Just
That's an easy one. Just inform her in writing that per the CO the earliest date she can have her is x date, and that per the CO she can keep her til x date. It's $50 through most major airlines to change the date. No biggie.
Next time if she wants to avoid the fee it might behoove her to check the dates before she books the tickets. Just sayin.
