The objections and the motion to compel....

Just got a draft of the objection to the FOC recommendation as well as the motion to compel the discovery responses....my favorite part??

Paragraph 9 - "Plaintiff respectfully objects....for the reason that Defendant has fraudulently misrepresented the status of StupidMedusaStore by failing and refusing to advise the FOC that the StupidMedusaStore does, in fact, have an actual physical location at Address, City, State as verified by personal service made upon Defendant at that location, and is, in fact, a going concern."

Paragraph 16. "Defendant has a well-documented history through this Court of failing to abide by court orders and failing to adhere to the Michigan Court Rules, which ultimately resulted in this Court removing custody of the three minor children from her and placing the children with their father."

Paragraph 17 - "Coincident to her well-documented history, Defendant has shirked all responsibility and obligation to the children and has voluntarily refused parenting time with the children for the past several years."

Shirked. HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!

She told the judge way back

She told the judge way back when that she couldn't afford the gas money and that it was actually better for the kids if they didn't see her because it would just be too hard for them to see her and then have to leave her.

UM - OKAY THEN, CRAZY ASS!!

Judge gave her two hours of parenting time at a major chain restaurant in a town that is sort of halfway between her side of the state and ours. It's actually farther for us than it would be for her....after she said she wasn't going to go, but she WOULD go if Judge ordered DH to give her gas money, he said, "madam, I WILL NOT PAY YOU to see your own children. You will either see them, or you won't. I hope you do."

This is the judge who has put her in jail, made her pay fines and costs, and who was flipped off by Medusa in the court room. He is NOT a fan of Medusa.

Well sure but at least you

Well sure but at least you have a caseworker that works with you. DH tried to get in touch with his caseworker when SD came home form BM's house with a black eye and she would not so much as call him back. She is worthless. She's always really good at telling BM all the stuff she doesn't have to do for SD though.
