Hi, I don't post much these days because things have been ticking over without too much dramarama from Ass1 and Ass2.

DH did get ANOTHER short email from Ass2 in Feb asking for money, but once again the DH was firm and replied saying no and that skid needs to get a job . I was wondering if this was going to be a monthly request but it seems Ass2 has maybe got the message or managed to get the funds from another relative. Meh.

My MIL actually raised her head again, she is really passive aggressive and the number one enabler of the the skids. Rang the DH up, when she could barely give him two minutes of her time at Christmas, but whatever. To moan about some belongings Ass1 had been storing at their home for like FOUR YEARS !!?? WTH ?? DH thinks it was just an excuse to guilt him out about skids and just told them to contact skid directly and make her deal with it, or just throw away the crap, what ever it is. We are in a different country, we are not getting involved in this sort of petty sh** again, grrrrr !!

I broke one of my disengagement rules over the weekend as DH was talking about skids and I actually said Ass1's name in the convo, as I didn't want to seem rude in saying "she" lol !!

On a happy note we have booked our two big holidays away this year and both of them are far far away from skidville. So it looks as if I will not even see them this year !! }:)
