Feeling Good today - it seems as if they are moving forward with "getting" BM for Breaking the RO
DH filed a police report Sunday night and provided proof that BM was breaking the restraining order. I've done lots of research on this and some of it states that the police are REQUIRED to arrest someone if there is proof that the order is being broken. Other research indicated that the police do not get involved, but you can file a report and then use the reports to file for contempt with the judge.
DH got a call last night and it sounds like they are looking for her. It was someone from the county looking for her, stating they had a notice of intent of a pending claim against her, that she had 48 hours to respond and they provided a docket number.
I'm not sure what all that means, but I'm hoping BM will get the message.
I'm even tempted to let the police know that BM will be at SS13's school today at 3:15 to pick him up. }:) Just in case they'd like to see her sooner!

The only way to stop some of
The only way to stop some of these BM is to enforce the rules. She knew what would happen now she has to pay the price. Just like anyone one else when they break the rules.

You know, I'm pretty sure she's delusional and her reading comprehension is lacking.
The order strictly states that she is not to contact him in anyway "except regarding court-ordered visitation".
She will argue with DH that she can contact him about SS. Or that HE broke the order the time that DH brought SS to her house.
She even told the mediator previously that she thought the order went both ways.
NOPE!
It seems silly to bother the
It seems silly to bother the police over text messages, I admit to that, but gosh. This woman just won't stop.
And with her history with walking all over DH, I know it never WILL stop and she'll just continue to push the limits. She thinks she can do anything she wants - even though there is a court order stating differently.
