i have been so busy after getting back that i feel like i have to schedule when i can actually have the time to go to the bathroom! I havent been on here much because im so busy, but wanted to say hi!

we are still in the process of getting ready to go to court in oct. the good news is though, we consulted with the best attorney in the whole county and she can no longer retain anyone from his firm...so if she does go and get a lwayer, ours will smash them! The lawyer told us she has NO case at all, and the judge will no way in hell give her full custody or agree to her insane demands that she has right of refusal of ss's visits with my dh. Also, she is an idiot because she thinks my dh makes more than what he does and their income (she is on disability) is almost identical! since ss is covered 100% by kinder care now, my dh will no longer have to pay 1 cent to bm!!! she is such an idiot! she thought she was going to take us to court and get all these things, but instead...she is going to lose 294 a month from us...and actually have to pay her car payment on her own!!!! I wish the court date was sooner!
