The kid called this AM, and.... the kid has plane tickets!

He will survive. But just barely.  I hit send on the text to the hit man canceling taking the Skid out just as the explosive package was being placed at his door.

Kidding of course.

This grouchy demanding StepDad's heart is full.  It moves me immensely how much he is a part of all of us.

His cousins, GP's, uncle and aunt have all been bugging the crap out of us about when he gets in, etc....  He gets in tomorrow and will be with the Rags clan for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and his grandmother's/my mom's 79th B-day on the 26th.  Duty calls and he will fly out to head back to base early AM on the 27th.

Now, If I can get him to call his mom and his GPs on a semi regular basis, he might just continue to survive the wrath of his grouchy father.
