hi to all,

well we have recieved the paper work for the breach of orders ( if confused please read previous blog) and hubby is going to file it today and the courts have said that it should take 2 weeks from here to have the hearing and then what ever occurs from the hearing. next week is hubby's birthday and the orders state that we are allowed to have sd for that day, now due to it being a school day hubby is going to say we will pick sd up from school and bm can retreave her around 8 o'clock so that she can attend a family dinner with us. we don't know if bms going to say yes or no to this but the courts have advised that if bm does reject the request it is again a breach of the orders and so we will need to file yet another breach of orders form so this is going to be fun for the next few weeks as it will be a bit of back and forth from court, until that stupid woman gets off her arse actually reads the orders in place and then follows through.

i feel frustrated already and we haven't even reach the courts yet but this is the same as every other time we follow the orders and then this woman gets shitty stuffs up and we are back at court it's happened 2 other times so far it's becoming a running joke that every 2 years we head off to court, is this the same for everyone else are you all constantly running back and forth from court just to get your basic rights met?

i'm so over it i fell frustrated and weary that once again we are headed towards one of the only things that cause problems between hubby and i and last time it nearly done us in so feeling abit insecure this time round is this normal?
