very proud of ss16
We were watching TV tonight and the cherioes chemmercial came on. The one with the biracial family. Such a cute commercial. Anyway this is the conversation.
Ss16 you know some people are upset about this. Bur I think its stupid.
Me I know some people are ignorant.
Ss16 yea I don't get the big deal.
Now you have to understand that ss16 doesn't express much and when he does he is draught to the point. But it made me feel good that he knows its stupid fir people to be upset about it. I mean thus is a fact of life. People are with whom ever they wish and love knows no color.
I think these people don't have anything better to but she the world how miserable they are.

I think it's great how your step son accepts that other people get to do what they want to and doesn't make a big deal out of other people's decisions. Unlike my step daughters. Not being a judgy little thing is actually an achievement for many today's kids. Lucky you.
I lucked out in the skids
I lucked out in the skids department. They really are good kids. Ss17 gets the big head a lot but deep down he is sweet. Ss16 keeps to himself mainly but he is a very smart kid. Ss13 is a great kid too a little more into himself but he has great sympathy fir others. He can't stand if a kid cries he has to fix it. And he plays with my neices and nephews great.
