BM usually calls at least 5 times a day when SS is with us. Last weekend, she didn't call at all. They only spoke when SS called her parents' house (her phone is turned off) and they went and got her to have her call him back. I was talking to one of our mutual friends, and he says that he hasn't heard from her in weeks - something else very unlike BM. I told him about what happened on visitation and asked if maybe she was just too lazy to go next door to her parents' house to use the phone a couple times a day. He said no, SS is "her world" and the normal BM would have been at her parents' house all day while he was gone so she could be near a phone that worked just in case he did call, and would have called on her own several times a day. I tend to agree with him. So what's going on? She hasn't called or emailed either me or BF in quite a while, either. The friend thinks maybe she's "given up" on everything because nothing's going her way. According to SS, she never leaves the house. She has no phones, no job, she dropped out of college...what is she doing? I'm getting kind of worried about her and SS's well-being because this really isn't like her. Anyone who knows my story will know that.
