So the Socio is taking my H back to court for visitation, she wants joint custody of my SD8. My H has always had custody of her. H has apparently violated the visitation order of EOW and Weds. nights b/c the socio has regularly abused, physically and emotionally, my SD. H has not allowed socio more than a few hours Weds. nights.

Anyway, H met with a lawyer today and the lawyer said he was screwed b/c he violated the court order and this weekend he has to allow socio to get the SD. I'm going to throw up everything in my body right now. I feel like we are completely helpless to this socio. I feel like she is going to win!!! Oh My God!!! If she gets joint custody I'm going to die, I can't take it. SD is a daughter to me, I can't have the socio screwing this child up anymore!!

Any advice as to if we actually are 100% screwed about violating the visitation court order and the chances that the socio will not win in court?? Plz help I'm going crazy!!!
