Sooooooo Court was yesterday and it went great! DH was granted everything he was requesting!!! Bm did show up however she showed up with her mom AND Ss6, it was good though because Bm's mom had to sit out in the lobby with Ss while Bm came into the court room alone. It was obvious that Bm didn't prepare AT ALL. She came in all smug and when the lawyer and judge started to ask her questions she kept stammering and saying "...Wait, I'm confused." It was awesome. I think she truly truly thought she was going to go in the court room and slander Dh and the judge would deny everything Dh was asking but nope nope nope, the judge kept putting it back on her as to why she couldn't do transportation and why she didn't want to split the taxes. None of her reasons made sense so the judge just made the decision.

Dh was granted-
-Joint legal custody
-Visitation-Bm started trying to threaten the lawyer that she was going to demand every other weekend when we were waiting outside and the lawyer was trying to knock out agreements before we went in but our lawyer got Bm to agree to Dh still having every weekend however she wants the last weekend of the month BUT we now have 3 weeks uninterrupted in the summer for vacation-so it was a compromise but a good compromise. Hopefully bm will finally start doing things with Ss.
-Holidays every other year
-Dh gets to claim Ss every other year beginning with tax year 2015
-Bm now has to drop Ss off at our house every Friday and Dh will return him Sunday.
-Dh was able to get the judge to add in that Steps cannot be called mom/dad. We know there isn't anyway to enforce this but it's just cool because Bm tried telling Dh there isn't anything he can do about it and she tried arguing with the judge that Ss should be able to call her boyfriend Dad.
-Bm cannot call anymore-text/email only
-The judge also talked to Bm about the last name issue and they let her know it's not okay to refer to Ss as any other last name other than dh's last name. It really caught her off guard and she reminded me of a little kid being scolded when the lawyer and judge were going over that. they didn't put anything in the CO but it was cool that they reamed her on it.

All in all it was great. Bm did color the top of her head blonde so sadly there was no electric purple hair, she also wore a jacket and a t-shirt so no tattoos were visible, she didn't dress formally however she did make sure to hide a few things. I also noticed Bm has a slight lisp which was funny considering how shallow Bm is and how she bashes people for how they look etc. After court I seen her in the passenger side of her moms suv and she was obviously having a meltdown... I teased Dh that he should text her and ask "Did you have fun at court?" because that's what she screamed at him ("her words were something like 'oh this is going to fun!!!' in regards to court) during the last altercation that they had. Of course, he would never but it was still funny.
