It's a tough one...I ALWAYS send school pics to BM Nasty in the Christmas card from the SKids...just because I think it's the right thing to do, not because she deserves ANYTHING.

Halloween pics are posted on FB & she can see them that way. SO figures that Nasty can't be bothered to use her phone to talk to the SKids, why should she get pics on it?

SO is FB friends with Nasty so that the only pics we send her are their school pics at Christmas....seems fair to me.

Psht, nope. Let her take her own pics. I aint got time to make sure she is getting her pictorial updates.
Now if sk asked if they could, i would get them the stuff. Stamp, envelope, here ya go.

My wife rarely sent school pics to the SpermClan. Not that they often asked. When they did she gave them the link to the photographer and told them to order whatever they wanted.

Of course they could pay for what they ordered. They never actually ordered any pics but that is not our problem.

If the blended family oppostion is reasonable and will work with you to raise the Skids and can stay focused on the Skid's best interests then fine, send pictures and be reasonable.

If they are toxic dipshits ..... then they get nothing but exactly what is spelled out in the CO and only then if they have the gumption and resources to force you to adhere to the CO.

In general we made sure that SS visited SpermLand as outlined in the CO but as he got older we did get less flexible with start and end dates of their visitation and when they bitched we told them if they had a problem with it that we would see them in court. They never forced the issue. They learned that everytime they took us to court that DickHead's CS went up with our counter claim and his own behavior (arrest records, etc....) bared his ass very well in court so that pretty much kept them under their rock.

So, if the opposition wants pics, have them order their own damned pics.

IMHO of course.

Our BM threw a fit one day and deleted FDH and ALL his family because FDH father sent a message to her on facebook saying "thanks for saying thank you for taking YOUR kids to disneyland free of charge. Ungreatful whore." Needless to say she doesnt like to be called out on the fact she cheated on FDH when they were married (I was jumping for joy when future FIL told me that) But anyways she has done so much to us that we quit, if she demands photos we say they are on face book and she gets all huffy and has a fit. She made her grave we tried to be nice now we dont care, and if you read my most receint blog post you might get a laugh or too.

DH only has every other weekend and two midweek 2 hour visits. But, our family took a vacation to Disneyland back in June, and we emailed BM a couple of pics-of just SD- BM never once said anything about the pics to us. SD did say that her mom got them. Other than that, DH has never sent BM any pics or anything to BM. BM never sends DH pics of anything they do on their time. And, if DH didn't order his own school pics, he would never see one.

I don't give BM pictures. She had every oportunity to order them, just like we did. Because she chooses to pay for smokes instead of pictures of her son is not my problem. I give pics to grandparents aunts and uncles. And that is all.

DH is SSOOOOOO nice to BM because he says it's his daughter's mother. She is a freaking nightmare. Called his boss to say he was moonlighting. He could have been fired. Then guess what no Child support.

Took him to court so many times for child support, the judge finally threw it out and told her to get help.

ha, ha, ha, ha - crazy crazy woman, no wonder he left....
