BM is completely crazy, so she finally admits that she's back in town and we said fine lets get this visitation stuff changed. Oh but here is the kicker she's back in town and she wants SS for the full 8 weeks she was allocated when she lived in Vegas! We explained to her that the visitation paperwork was for when she lived in another state not when she lives 4 blocks from us.

She's putting up a huge fight going on and on about things that have nothing to do with SS or visitation. We told her that there was no way in hell we were going to let her have SS for 8 weeks when she was living that close to us and when she was living with her ex (the one she had 2 domestic violence situations with and who she said was going to harm her and her kids - he's the reason she moved out of the state).

Her response to Fiancee was - why are you taking Angie but not SS on vacation to visit your family when SS hadn't even meet your family yet? He got tired of it and told her that it had nothing to do with SS and visitiaton and that she was wrong anyway, he was taking SS to meet his family and just SS and that he and I were getting married in Hawaii and would be there for 4 days and that SS would be staying with my mom. She than proceeded to have a fit about us not taking SS to Hawaii with us, Fiancee hung up on her.

The woman is crazy - we had to call both school and daycare this morning and let them know that she can't pick him up and that if she tries they are to call the police, they weren't surprised since they have dealt with her before. Our lawyer is making us go to the court house today and get copies of all her Domestic Violence Cases as well as her ex's. She's got 11 and the ex has 2 (both are with her). Looks like we are going for full custody, complete decission making and supervised visitation.
