I think craziness might just run in the family. DH gets a Facebook message from BM's grandma last night. She said she is going to call to talk to SS(she never calls). She then asks what DH is planning and that he shouldn't bother about going for custody because he won't win. Her reasoning, BM is SS mother. The courts won't give him custody because she is his mother. She doesn't even know what we have on BM yet they are so sure they are going to win the custody hearing. All DH responded was we will let the courts decide and the lawyer told him not to talk about the case. I think non response regarding the case is really getting to them. 20 more days and we will see. She has until Mar 9th to respond or she is in default. I would bet $20 she asks us for a ride to the town the hearing is in that's 1.5 hours away, if she even shows that is.
