SS having a meltdown over the Wii

I swear to God, I am about to throw the Wii into a puddle. I am so sick of this sh*t.

As has been my want as of late, I try to ignore SS as much as possible.

So I'm sitting on the sofa, minding my own business, and SS comes in and plops down on the other end. His presence barely registers. Seriously.

Next thing I know, H is calling my name from across the room. I snap out of my self-absorbtion just long enough for H to tell me that SS was talking to me. Oh really? I give SS a questioning look and he asks me if he can play the Wii. I blandly stated no and then proceeded to point out that I am in the middle of watching a movie, because CLEARLY I am in the middle of watching a movie.

Exit LRP back into her state of self-absorbtion and ignoring SS until I go to put some clean towels away and I see H is sitting on SS's bed and SS is crying, having a meltdown, because he, "just wants to play the Wii and he is sooooooooo bored."

And before you ladies ask, of course I did NOT give the TV to SS so that he could play the Wii. In fact, although I am tired and would love to go to bed, I do believe that I will stay up until 11pm when this movie ends and then I will watch the late evening news.

H is currently sitting on SS's bed. Well, in a really sick way SS got what he wanted: H's undivided attention.

I did notice that H tried to send SS to his room so that he and I could spend some time together. SS was able to entertain himself a whole 5 minutes before he started pestering H.

WTF ever.

F*ck my life.

I told H that he needs to hook the Wii up to the TV in the skids room, because I am D-O-N-E with it being an issue. I'm tired of looking like the bad guy because I'm watching TV when SS wants to play the Wii. If the Wii is in their room, it should no longer be a problem.

Oh heck no. Tantruming in your room not causing any damage to anything is fine, go right ahead as long as you want with your door shut, but I better not hear it or you'll lose the Wii for the next day too.
