Told ya so.
BM called FH while I was working and had a 45 minute conversation with him about SS5's attitude and how it's gotten out of control. Apparently, he had SD8 in tears when they got off the bus because he told everyone something embarassing or some crap.
I've been telling everyone for a while now that the kid has an attitude problem. He's become fond of the phrase "you're not the boss of me" and thinks he can raise his fist to anyone. I even told FH last night that he was becoming increasingly mean towards SD (hitting for no reason, etc.). But everytime I would tell SS something, FH would conteract me. Ex. - Skids stayed with us last night. The rule is that you eat at the kitchen table. No ifs, ands or butts. Skids were eating dinner last night and SS threw a fit to sit in the living room. Not happening. I told him that he needed to go back to the kitchen. FH chimes in that SS will be careful, blah blah blah. Needless to say, I won. Ok, so anyway .. FH apologized to me for not enforcing the rules! He promised that from now on he would. However, we now how to work with BM on a closer level to monitor his behavior and make sure rules and punishments are the same from house to house. I'm glad someone finally freaking listened to me. Hopefully, SS will learn some new, not annoying behavior.
Side rant: FH was/is drunk as a skunk when I came home. There are 5 cigarette burns in the linolium in my kitchen!! WTFF!!!!!!! Then he's all like "those have always been there". Um, no. I swept the floor today. I know what was and wasn't there. I'm pissed. He's sitting in the car. LOL
