How come it's 'ok" when BM does it, but if we do, she flips a gasket?
Loghead called Monday afternoon to see when Loca Grande was bringing the boys home. She tells us Lazy Boye was in the emergency room Sunday! She's going to keep him for a few days so they can meet with the doctor to look at the x-rays of his chest. He probably has undiagnosed asthma. But she's tired of PITA's s%$& (her words), so she'll bring him back Monday night for ball practice....
WTF. If we'd taken one of the skids to the doctor for anything- even a hang nail- without telling her, she'd be calling her lawyer! And she waits almost 24 hours to tell us? That woman drives me insane!

My BF BM is the same way. This weekend SS5 broke his elbow after falling off a jungle gym. Do you think she called to tell BF that his son was in the ER? Nope. I couldnt even fathom how upset she would be if we didnt tell her. Its what the do because they are the primary custodian so they by law dont need to tell the dads anything.

Slightly different in my case - BM will always call OH if SS10 needs to go to the doctor, hospital etc as he's expected to drop whatever he's doing (even if he's at work) to rush back to drive them there!
