sitting outside GBMs
We've been bringing SD7 home early on ' doctors orders' for the last few visits. We were trying to find the doctor and get in contact with her. She finally called FDH back last week.. she made no crazy time or temperature limits on SD. So we kept SD until six pm last night which is his court-ordered right. When FDH dropped SD to GBM she shouted loud enough for him to hear " don't take your coat off SD. Daddy broke the CO and now we need to go to the police station to report him!" I'm assuming the cops told her to go screw, or she didn't go because this morning GBM texts FDH 'I won't be home at 11.. I'm running late.'
He asks what time she'll be home and she claims to be in the ER. He says he will go get SD from her because SD doesn't need to sit at an ER all day. Crickets. So we go to GBMs anyway.. her car is here as well as an aunts.. nobody answers the door. Drive to BMs house. Her car is there but nobody answers the door. We call all cell phones and landlines and leave polite messages. On GBMs he just asks again which ER she's at. Go to the police station. They aren't allowed to make phone calls, or show up to help enforce orders.
They won't make a full report but they put in their logs that we came and tried and called. And this is why so many men let BMs dictate their visits. When we follow the CO this is what happens. Going to court to file a contempt tomorrow but it didn't do any good last time and wrote still waiting on the vacate for the order BM sneaked through.

The doctor didn't actually
The doctor didn't actually set any visitation times. BM was lying. But the lie was that SDs 'asthma' was so bad she couldn't be out after dark.. then it was 34 degrees. She has been playing this game for seven years. He does what he is supposed to always. She lies and cheats and here we are.She has never even ggotten a slsp on the wrist. The make up visits for the last contempt were never done, filed a new on.. it likely won't get heard either.

Kifire, just curious. What state are you in? We're having the same issues. Everydamthing is a problem. Ex wife uses CO to her advantage, she barely brings the skids back when she is supposed to, usually is too lazy to bring them back to school Monday morning and courts or CPS do nothing about this. She also hasn't paid CS in over a year. But as she has no driver license and doesn't have a documented income, she's getting away with it.

Whoa, sounds like we have the same BM/Ex wife! The courts don't do much! ^^^^This is an exact example of something ex wife would do, SO will file reports and nothing happens!
