Well my lovely son admitted that he was trying push my buttons...Nice! He is still focused on the degree program I insisted on, and has a new back up plan that I can live with and so can he. Early admittance to his first choice and 2nd choice. 2nd choice is a degree in Microbiology and then transfer in two years to his first choice for a degree in Biomedical Engineering. I can live with that. The less general the degree program, the better off he will be.

He thought it was funny that I got so angry. Let us put it this way, I did not find it funny and threatened to take away his car for putting me through that...Even cleaned it out while he was freaking out since I was planning on driving it to grandma's house and parking it for awhile. Let us put it this way, he apologized and I think we have put our roles back to what they were. He is the child and I am the Mom....Not the other way around...

Gotta love teenagers. I swear I am ready for him to go. I did tell me husband that the day we drop him off at college, I am continuing driving up to this spa and winery outside of the city and checking in for a few days by myself to celebrate....
