So as some of you may know the BM of my SK's is married to a rapist and she married him after he was arrested for it. His court date is next week, this is hopefully the same day we will find out if we get full custody of the kids! I'm so ready to get them here and get them settled.

Since we've lost trying to get full custody 2 times already with substantial evidence against BM I'm trying not to get to excited but I can't help but think about how much happier they would be and their dad would be.

If for some reason we lose again does anyone know what we can do? I've thought about this before, like I've said we have tons of evidence from her with holding the kids from visitation, to emails telling us we have a 30 min time frame to call the kids, and text messages where BM tells DH that his wife (me) needs to watch her back. I want to go after the judge if we lose this time, has anyone had experience with this? If so how would we go about fighting a judge's decision to keep them in the house?

On another note, my husband quit his job yesterday to pursue his dream of owning his own business! I am so proud of him. I know he's going to succeed. I can't wait to start this new chapter in our lives, hopefully with ALL of our kids.
