Officer didn't see any threats
During the home inspection. DH said he is sending a report to the DA and will tell the CPS worker the same. DH told him that BM makes no coparenting effort and he can't just be dad when it comes to SD's issues at school. Oh, and the complaint was him yelling at SD- nothing about punched holes in walls as BM claimed.

Seriously? CPS opens files and does home visits for a parent "yelling" at their child?

I'm just going to give my opinion. That is stupid. And there are far worse things going on that are not investigated properly. How many news stories have you read about children dying at the hands of their parents? After CPS gives their kids back even. I have read a lot. I cry every time. I can't help it. Hearing a baby is found dead in a magot filled diaper (happened in Iowa). Honestly. Even more shame on SD for wasting time in an over streched, over worked enforcement agency that desparately needs to use every hour they have to find and help kids in REAL NEED of help.
So, is SD going to cry foul every time she "gets in trouble now".
Yeah, I wouldn't be able to "go back to normal". I would be done with this skid.
Apparently, yes. BM's story
Apparently, yes. BM's story was that the counselor reported whatever SD said and SD then told whoever talked to her at school that DH punched a hole in the wall. Not sure if alcohol was brought up. But SD is known to exaggerate/ twist stories so who knows?
I am so done with it all and want to talk to the CPS lady ASAP so I can get all of this shit off of my shoulders. I'm sure between BM's home and our baby on the way, SD is craving attention.

Real child abuse is far too dangerous and possibly politically incorrect to investigate. It's much easier to just simply be a tool of the hcbm. They know there is no real danger involved when harassing stepmom and non-custodial bio-dad.
I'm so glad she hasn't
I'm so glad she hasn't contacted me. Last time I asked her for a small favor, she tried telling me how abusive DH is when they got into it at his shop. I'm obviously smarter than that but she thinks she's the smart one. Maybe she is because she knows that she will always win in situations like these.
