I am very content today. Yesterday was such a super day. We ended up with all of the kids. Bm went out to town to visit bf. I was a little apprehensive about how sd was going to act, but she ended up being okay. My ss-7 surprised me and put a mylar balloon (it said I love you) in my closet. It was his, left over from Valentines day, and he gave it to me(so cute)! My Dh had flowers and a card signed from the kids and a cd from my favorite band. Then we went to breakfast with my mom, mil and her husband, my Dh and all of the kids. Breakfast was nice. No major incedents and everyone behaved. Dh had to go to work, but he was so sweet that it just made my day sparkle.
After that, I went hiking with all of the kids and my sd's friend's mom and sd's friend. Sd was pretty good for the most part and it was an enjoyable day. I was so worn out when we got home I soaked for a while in the bath and just collapsed on the couch. Whew!! did I need that!!
My mom seemed to be in very good spirits and had a nice time. Please keep her in prayer. She goes this Wednesday for her ct scan and Friday to the Oncologist for the results.
