Steptalk password stops working every three days

Is this happening to anyone else? Every three days or so I have to request a password reset and I know I am entering it correctly I even have it saved to remember on my phone.

Thats funny- I've been active, inactive, and in between, and I still have the same crappy password I was first assigned lol!
