First off- SD leaves for college in exactly 3 weeks.. I'm SOOO happy. In the meantime I'm just trying to hang in there. 
Earlier this week a tropical storm hit us hard and knocked out power for about 50% of the state. We were out for 2 days. SD was at her Mother's... a freaking tree hit the power lines at her house and knocked power out there too.

Well.. I knew this was going to happen as soon as we got power back. "Can I come and stay at your house until Mom gets power back???" UGHH. I'd rather not have power than have her. Plus this weekend was our annual summer BBQ with friends we've known for years from work. I always try to plan it when she's not here because.. well.. I just don't like her and prefer she not be here when I'm having fun. 

The power should be back on at BM's (I've been checking the outage map) but she's STILL here. Eating up all our food. Being her usual useless self.
