DH and I have been married for 8 years as of yesterday.(We have been together for 12+ years.) DH was on a work trip which is typical for any day worth celebrating in the past 8 years that he has been traveling for work, but I can't complain. It was his VERY LAST WORK TRIP!!! No more traveling for him!! We've not had a "normal" marriage, where we sleep in the same bed every night, ever. NEVER. I am SOOOO happy. Best gift ever!

BM usually gets a little cray cray on social media around our anniversary, but this year she has been very quiet. Almost silent. She has still been texting SS almost daily, I think his one word answers or no answers at all are starting to get to her. She told him yesterday she wants to go to a baseball of his soon. He responded "probably not". She dropped the subject.

I was thinking about it after I read that. The extent of her spending time with SS this year is less than impressive. And if she was TRULY clean, like she tries to pretend she is, she would be contacting me, or DH trying to get us to force him to see her. She would be doing SOMETHING to see him, and not just sit back and have NO time with him at all. Since the start of 2017 she has seen him:
Her Birthday in March- about 1 hour
Mothers Day in May- About 1 1/2 hours
His graduation (showed up uninvited)- about 2 minutes of time.
His Bday- about 1 1/2 hours

A total of 4 hours in 8 months, and she doesn't try to communicate with either of us about seeing him more. Yeah... there is no way she is clean.
