So about a week ago our power was out. It had to do with a bill issue with PGE. We had to involve corporate, log a complaint, it took time. Our landlord lives behind us and ran some power cords to us. My bios were fine. We had hot water, a fridge... The were completely taken care of.
Anyway DD was on her period. At the end of all this corporate office gets out power back on, they had to change out the meter as they could no longer communicate with it.
So since it had been 6 days we had laundry pulled up. I normally do not wash DDs as she is 11, but I was doing a load of everyone's stuff so we all had what we needed the next day. She had left a pad attached to her underware. My hand touched it. It pissed me off. I call her into the laundry room and throw it at her. I expected her to catch it. Instead it hit her in the face. GROSS !!!!!
I went off and told her how discussed I was. If i ever find this ever again...
DH asked me what happened. I told him, he completely got it. Gross
I made the comment that this is why I stopped washing fauxSGD underware or clothes period. I do not want to touch another persons poop, blood anything.
And the defense start. Poop isn't as bad a blood... SGD just didn't understand how to wipe.... Blah blah blah.
I asked him if he wanted to touch BS poopy underware "FYI BS has zero problems wiping... So does DD. This is the only pad issue she has had and I wanted to stop it cold before it continued "
He finally stopped defending SGD and admitted its gross. Why oh why is it soooo Damn hard to admit when it's yours versus mine??
I' completely admit I can tolerant more from DD and BS then any other kid on the planet. Why?? Because they are mine, and I have the right to handle how I see fit.
DH would never tolerate me throwing FauxSGD dirty underwear at her. No matter if I had put my hand in poop or not. Then I would be "mean" and "embarrassed her"
