BM is supposed to be paying $200 a month in CS. Since she went for a good 2 years in a half with never paying a dime in CS once the CS division got a hold of her (thanks to me going down to the Family Court and picking up the paperwork and filling it out for FH. Eat shit BM) her payments went up to $220. The 10% they have to pay in arrears.

Okay, the key word here is "supposed" to be paying $200 plus the 10% in arrears. She went for a whole year without paying. Obviously she did not have a job for a whole year. In June, BM started calling FH demanding that he give her SD15 and SS14 clothes sizes. (BM has lost all parental rights and has not seen skids since Feb of 2007) Letting FH know that he was going to be getting CS. BM just because you pay CS does not mean you automatically get your parental rights back......

So, in June when a CS payment FINALLY came through it was for $101.54 NOT $110.00. Now, I just checked to see if another CS payment came through and it was for $76.54 NOT $110.00. What is going on!?! Does that mean her paychecks aren't enough to cover the full $110...? If that is the case I don't understand why in the first payment that they took out of her check in June they couldn't just take out the full $110 from her paycheck. $101.54 from $110.00 is only a difference of $8.46!

I also wonder where she is working. Obviously somewhere in retail.....And HOW long will she last at this job.......? Since I have been with FH, BM has never been able to keep a job. Never.
