Alienated SS and Christmas.......Poor baby...works both ways.

SS18 decided to alienate himself from DH 1 1/2 years ago when DH stopped being Disney Dad. SS got arrested for selling and using drugs at school, felony charges when he was 16. DH and I have BS2.5; judge, attorneys, everyone told us to draw the line with SS coming to our house without being tested. They indicated if something happened, we could lose our son for child endangerment.

BM convinced SS18 that my DH, his father, had no right to test him because he was not custodial. She did the parent alientation campaign and succeeded.

My MIL, from day one has been nothing more than a pain in the a$$. She always liked me until her son getting married and starting a family with me meant she lost her gardener, landscaper, plumber, electrician, best friend, and good old Mr. Fix It.

I covered my SS on health insurance (secondary coverage) until 7-20-2011 when he turned 18. I am noncustodial SM and cancelled his insurance that day. She went online and opened separate account for him on insurances web site-after he was cancelled and 18. DH was only ordered to cover until he was 18 so she knew it was cancelled on 8/4 when she did this.

On hold right now with insurance to see what I can do. QUESTION - is this legal for her to do. I have had him on there for 2 years and she opens after he's cancelled?
