Now that SD15 has been caught out with lying and sneaking to spend time and have sex with a guy who is about to turn 18, BM has finally offered DH first refusal on her weekends with the kids. The problem is, she has always chosen to work 12 hour shifts on the weekends that she HAS the kids (I know, right?) And leaves them at home by themselves for 14+ hours. This is already in the motion for contempt. DH has never been happy that they are left alone but its only recently that he filed for contempt. They are older now and a 15 year old should be able to stay and mind the 11 year old. Except that SD15 is sneaking off to have sex with a neighbour and leaving the younger one by himself. BM doesnt want to be a grandmother yet (she would not have enough CS for extra botox) so now she wants the skids with us on her EOW while she works, that is so she can have every other weekend off by herself for her "me" time. Massages, relaxing at the beach etc. She has dragged us through court for a year fighting to have the skids Thursday nights (aka more CS for her) and now that SD15 is troublesome big time, first wanted her to come live with us full time but then changed her mind (aka oh I will lose CS money) and instead wants us to have them every weekend.
