I am so tired of BM's Crap!!

So crazy ass BM is back to her old tricks. She has decided that she no longer needs to communicate with DF. It is really pathetic. She is mad that DF talked to the SDs teachers. And to make matters worse, she has the SDs lying to DF. He called both girls two nights ago and quizzed them on their spelling words. They both lied and told him that he had the wrong list of words. And when he asked SD9 point blank what her grade in spelling was last quarter she told him it was a B.

I forbid you to talk to the SDs' teachers

After DF contacted both of SDs teachers last week, we got the following message from BM:

DF,

SD7's teacher says you contacted her last week and were asking all kinds of questions. Now, I hear you set up a conference to speak with SD9's teacher. You don't need to talk to the teachers. I don't want you talking to them. If you have any questions, you can ask me. I am their mom. I am the person raising them since you abandoned them. You have no right to meddle in my business. I told the teachers not to talk to you.

Its Your Fault SDs don't go to school!!!

So DF finally got an answer from BM about why the SDs have missed so much school. Yep, it started with the excuse, "SD7 doesn't go to school because she doesn't sleep well." Then it went to, "its your fault that SD7 won't sleep because you moved to another state." By the end of the email, she pretty much blamed the entire thing on DF, stating that he abandoned his kids and he doesn't have the right to criticize her parenting. She went on to say that he needs to spend more time being a parent. To which, DF sent the reply, "Your right, I do need to spend more time with my kids.

Update on Attendance Problems

I was going to just respond in comments to my last blog about the SDs missing 26 days of school, but DF made a second call to the school today. He spoke to the head secretary who does all attendance. And, she told him that BM has been calling the girls in and 90% of the time, she states that the SDs are missing school because they are not sleeping well. I don't know how that is a valid reason to miss school but okay. DF asked her why the school hadn't contacted him directly. And here is the shocking part, BM actually doesn't have him listed on the records in the office.

It is amazing what a call the school uncovers...

DF called the SDs school on his break. He just got off the phone with me and he is super pissed. We now know what happened with the pictures. Apparently, SD9 did take the pics back to school. However, one of BM's other brats, had gotten them and tore a bunch of the pictures up. The company is wanting to be paid for the pictures that are damaged. Here is the funny part: The amount due is $21.14. That is so different from what BM told us. And DF decided that he should speak to SD7's teacher while he was on the phone. He has been suspicious that she has been missing school.

I think BM tried to pull a fast one...

DF got the following from BM:

Hey DF,

SD9 had her pictures taken for school and she brought home the package with all the pics in it. I had her turn it back into the school. She says that you told her she could give out the remaining pics to her friends. Those pictures have to be paid for. I need you to send me a check for the pictures. The school says you owe 72.14.

Oh Wow. You know BM is behind this!

DF spoke the SDs on the phone last night. We were in their home state last week while the kids were on Spring Break. We spent a lot of time talking about our upcoming summer. This will be the first time the SDs have visited DF since he moved out of their home state. They will be coming to stay at our house. And, we are planning to take them to a nearby vacation spot. The girls were extremely excited about the idea. We had brochures and flyers. DF and I were surprised when neither of the SDs asked about BM joining us on vacation.

Does your SO do this?

Today, the SDs decided that they didn't want to go to school. So my SO spent the entire morning trying to get them out the door. Instead of taking charge of the situation, he sat back and let them manipulate the situation. He absolutely refused to go in their room to check and see if they were getting dressed. It irritated me b/c I knew they were just sitting on the floor in the guest room. In fact, SD7 was laying on the floor sleeping. He ended up threatening and cajoling them until they finally got dressed.

Way to Sabotage your own kid, BM!

DF and I have the skids this week while we are visiting family. And, about an hour ago, I get a text from BM. "Did you make SD7's trap? I want a pic of it." To which, DF replies, "What trap? There was no paper in her bookbag about a trap." BM then tells DF not to worry about it because she made an extra one for SD7 since she knew that he wasn't capable of making sure her homework gets done. I really hate BM. And maybe it is just me, but I was really pissed that she did SD7's homework. Even DF was mad about that. He asked her if that is why SD7 has only C's and D's.

Visitation on BM terms only-- I don't think so

DF and I are travelling with my Bios to the home state of the SDs this week. We stay with my family, who lives about 15 mins away from BM. According to our CO, DF has to give BM two weeks notice of any time he plans to take the kids. He told her over three months ago. Well last night, BM decided to let DF know that she will only let him have the kids on her terms. DF sent her a text, confirming that he wanted his mom to pick the SDs up from school so she could treat their heads before they come in contact with my bios.
